Atrocious service, they have redesigned our web page, company profile, business cards, email hosting as well as the redesign of our letterhead. We have never experienced such atrocious services from any business before, we paid in full for all services. Yet, 10 months later, and still no indication of a completion date. Rather, Delia opted to block our emails after we had no choice but to take legal action.

We have been coursed to pay additions which could not be delivered, however, they charge for their failed attempts.

We would much rather move the entire process to another service provider as this was a tedious and stressful process dealing with Lime Juice, which has related to hefty legal costs and negatively impacted our business as we are left with no emails as they are managing the domain.

Honestly, the worst service and experience we have had with any company. Legal costs have almost exceeded the service cost? Ridiculous that this is needed to obtain services paid for, but not received.
