Complaint on Lim Dent *****ing my phone and their ****** remarks

If I could give this place 0 stars, I absolutely would.

Last month, I took my car in to be resprayed and, unfortunately, I accidentally left my personal phone inside the vehicle. When I realised my mistake, I immediately contacted the owner, Jaco, who told us to come by around 18:00 to collect it. I went with my husband to retrieve the phone.

Upon arrival, we inspected the car thoroughly, but the phone was nowhere to be found. We searched the entire vehicle, but it was missing. We were later informed that only one person, Louie, had driven the car. When we called him directly, he denied seeing the phone.

That evening, we went to the police station to open a case, but were told to return the next day with the IMEI number, as it was my iPhone 12 that had been ******.

The following morning, we went back to Lim Dent to confront the matter, and the owner, Jaco, was shockingly aggressive. He directed disgusting ****** remarks at us, calling my husband the K-word and mocking me for being in an interracial relationship. He repeatedly insisted that there was “no way” Louie could have ****** the phone, despite the fact that he was the only one who drove the car.

The situation escalated to the point where Jaco and others physically attacked us by throwing stones at our car as we were leaving, shattering the passenger-side window.

We are now pressing charges against them for theft, vandalism, and hate speech. The level of unprofessionalism, violence, and blatant ****** we experienced is beyond words.

I strongly warn anyone against ever taking their car to this business. The conduct of Jaco, in particular, was disgraceful, unacceptable, and dangerous.
