Guest Complain

I went out this weekend (29 Nov to 1 Dec 2019) with friends, the place its still under construction but there was a lady by the name Thuli her attitude towards guests was very poor and unprofessional. the lady gave us wrong information and when l complained about the that l was booked in she suggested l should not complain since the place was under construction. lf the owners would like the place to boom with business.. they must look into this Thuli lady... her attitude was shocking.
