Disgusting customer service for repeat client

DO NOT use this company!! After multiple messages and calls and an email I am STILL waiting for the manager or owner to contact me. I am not able to make another booking because the person who stood in for Charlene while she was on leave had NO idea how to treat repeat customers. I will NEVER recommend this place, rather do not waste your time and money, use another place!
