Don't order online -----ever ------- no one works there

ordered items to be delivered when i arrived in the uk on the 19th June, nothing arrived couldn't get hold of ANYONE - NOT A SOUL went in store great manager helped me to cancel the order and get a refund had to repurchase all the good in store - been calling and emailing and calling and emailing with me repsonse what so ever!!! customer services says they very busy call back and the email doesn't even get a receipt response. WHERE IS MY REFUND ---- do people actually work at this company!!!!!!!
