Unhappy patient

At Lilian Ngoyi clinic they don't treat their patients right and the stuff there don't even know what they are doing there's no communication among each other I arrived at the clinic at 7 so that at least by 10 or so I will be out but is 9:20 now we still waiting they haven't even open the files for the patients when we ask questions no one gives the right answers because they don't know what is happening this is really not on patients are waiting outside standing
