Lillian Ngoyi has the worse service.

I have never been so disappointed in my life. I went to Lillian Ngoyi Clinic next to Chris Hani Baragwanath hospital on 24/03/2021 at 15:00PM. I got to Lillian Ngoyi and I registered and they gave me my file to sit in the waiting area for the doctor to attend to me. I got there at approximately 15:00PM and at around 16:00PM they then told me that they are only attending to emergencies. I went there because I had bladder infection and another lady with me was suffering from abdominal pains, however they decided to attend to a patient suffering from stomach ache. I then went to the reception and requested for a complaint from and I was told that those are kept with the manager who is off duty. They advised me to call and make a verbal complaint first to a number that doesn't go through. I am so devastated that I was not helped and I had to leave work early for nothing.
