Lack of service

From the 26th of December 2017 we have been going to the clinic in Diepkloof near Baragwanath and we would sit for more than 5 hours waiting for service, today a Dr. arrived and said she is not there to attend to patients because she wants to go home to get Jacuzzi and relax and she was the only doctor there..3 times in a row with no service, what has our government clinics come to what happened to the batho pele principles, it's paining how citizens are being treated at this clinic.
