Disappointing service at Lilian Ngoyi formally known as koos clinic

It really is unfortunate that this clinic is a health facility. People come here to get health treatment and healing, but end up getting sicker than they were before they arrived here.

I have been sitting here since 20:00 and now it is 22:45. We are sitting in the waiting area and not beeing attended to. We were told to take our patient and sit next to the counter, people have come and gone and the nurses are now no where to be seen. When we asked the nurse who has now checked our patients BP is there is a Dr to help us? She says the Dr was meant to be here at 22:00.

There are 4 children under the age of 12 around us and adults who have really bad coughs, they might even have TB.

We see this as unfair treatment. All the people who are here are people who don't have medical aid and cant afford medical. Not beeing able to afford medical aid does not mean people must be treated like they are nothing when they come to public hospitals or clinic... These people have a right to fair treatment and health care.

Our patient has a heart problem, diabetes, high blood pressure and kidney failure. Does she need to collapse and die before she gets attended to? Our government wants us to trust government services even when we know we will get ****py service?
