Could do with some improvement

I gave birth to a baby girl on the first of June. The service received was of proper standards the staff at maternity were kind and considerate however they need to take into consideration that every woman that is in labour is most likely to be in uncontrollable pain. I don’t understand how you are supposed to be going from one ward to another with your luggage and also place them neatly next to the bed you’re supposed to be laying on when you’re seconds away from giving birth. Also it was a bit disappointing that they do not offer food to the mothers who have then given birth only thing they offered was black tea.
