Bad service ever

Bad experience of my life. I went to the clinic on the 20th of December 2023. The nurse who helped was very rude and thought I went there because I want doctors note. I told her I am struggling to breathe and she told me that I look just fine and i dont look like someone who is struggling to breathe. They put me something on my finger and she still said there's nothing. I went back home and the situation got really worse, I couldn't sleep, I couldn't walk long distance and on Sunday I went home in Free State. I got admitted in hospital, they did all the check up and I am diagnosed with pneumonia
