VERY unsatisfied customer!
I recently purchased a 24-pack of Lil-lets Applicator Tampons. Upon use I noticed that a number of the tampons were not properly formed at the top i.e. it looked like a ball of cotton wool at the top of the tampon. This came off inside of me when I used them, a few days after I was done with my period a large ball of cotton wool was discharged out of my ******. Also, during my use of this pack of tampons one of the tampon's strings fell off and the tampon got stuck inside of me. This is absolutely unacceptable as it is unhygienic and can lead to serious health risks i.e. toxic shock syndrome. I just want to call this to your attention as your product has put by health at risk. I have spoken to a few of my friends and they have also experienced similar issues with your products. I just wanted to bring this to your attention because it is a health risk and needs to be dealt with immediately.
