Melted Plastic on a Tempon

I'm so disappointed at Lil let's I have been using their tempos for a very long time but what happened yesterday was a bit disturbing On the 10th of December 2021 I went to Dischem Gateway shopping centre and I bought Tempons On the 11th used a tempon but when I tried to pull out the tempon, I felt pain as if something was cutting me, so when I took out the tempon I realized it had a hard melted plastic on it which I didn't notice when I put on the Tempon, the melted plastic had sharp corners on each sides, I don't know how you can not double check something that goes into something sensitive, right now my cochie is in pain and worse because I'm on my periods I took videos of the tempon and pictures and I kept it I'm also disappointed at Dis-chem for not checking the product they are selling because I did buy this from them
