Faulty Lil-lets tampons - urgent health warning!

Hello, I am sharing an urgent health warning about Lil-lets tampons, super (pink ones), applicator, bought at Blue Route Dischem on 6 Dec 2022. The strings are faulty on all the tampons. I learnt this the hard way, having to go to A&E to have one removed. I have checked others in the box and they are the same - the strings are all loose and pull straight out. I checked the regular sized ones I bought the same day and they don’t have the same problem. Premier FMCG needs to do an urgent urgent product recall!
