Disappointment with no remedy in place

I recently purchased a pack of lil-lets everyday pantyliners. This is not my preferred brand but it is the only brand that was in stock at this particular retailer. I bought this pack on Wednesday. Thursday used one which initial did stick to my panty. By 11:00 it was on my thigh. I disregarded this non sticking pantyliner to a once off incident. I repeatly used the pantyliners which had the same result of the pantyliner not being adhesive in less than 3 hours from initial use.

This was very disappointing for me as a customer that considered Lil-lets to be a quality product as i am a user of the brands tampons.

I was further disappointed in the fact that on Lil-lets website there no format to commnicate this feedback. In this new digital age where all forms of communication must be considered for open communication between business and customer, how can Lil-lets expect their customers to call a "hot line" for such feedback. How can they expect a customer to use their resources like airtime to state that they sell a non adhesive pantyliner.

Please note, i have donated these pantyliners to a local womens shelter hoping they will be able to endure this disappointment.
