Disappointed

I have used lil-let’s since the beginning of my journey into woman hood .the product has always been top quality BUT now over the last few months I have had nothing but problems ! I have had broken strings when trying to extract the product , unraveled Cotten wool as well as rock solid Cotten wool which the string would not even come off . But today was the straw that broke the camels back , 3 times this week I have had to discard underwear due to leakage , this is an over share but I do not have a heavy flow and how is it in the space of 30 minutes it’s leaked through . There is barely anything on the tampon but it’s all over me because the product is not expanding as it should ? Please Lil-let’s at almost R60 a box I am a loyal customer for over 14 years and do not want to change but it seems like your quality has dropped and I may need to change brands . ?
