So was at Wesfleur Hospital Atlantis Sunday 12/04/2026. took my father in law in as he was ill. after some time my wife went looking for a nurse so she could find out what is happening with her father. Security Munwana was then very rude reprimanding her. and when she told him to conduct himself as presentable he started swearing at her. so a short bit later when he came to the door i asked for his credentials so i could take this further, he tried to close the door in my face and put his credentials tag inside his top. flatly denied he swore at my wife and the second i told him i have a video of him his whole face changed and he started walking away. who are they serving because it did not feel like he was serving any of the public. The Motto on the website Security Personnel All our security officers are subjected to a stringent recruitment process and are fully trained, vetted, registered to PSIRA in order to optimize high level of professionalism and skill to all our personnel. this is so far from what i experienced yesterday (definitely no professionalism at any level). i did the robotic chat online just after 8 this morning. message i got was they will respond either on the website or via email. it is now after 11 and no response. i even tried calling there number and no answer. from my experience they are not fully trained. they in fact wanted to remove me from the property for having a voice. i heard them as i walked out about how they should cover. when will they realize that they are not authority that runs the hospital. they are there to provide a service no matter what i look like. i am doing this here as they have no other way for me to log a query or submit a complaint. treat everyone as human not by how they look. i fail to see how this has not been noticed before. i know for a fact there are nurses on the staff that has major issues with the security present A huge thumbs down for Likunga Security So in my experience the people you hire represent the face of your company. Today is Tuesday and I still have absolutely no response from them in any way. How do they employ people that cannot treat the next person correctly. There was another incident that happened just before my wife went looking for a nurse. An epileptic patient collapse right in front of them. They offered no help and when the family member wanted to walk thru the door the were rude to them and told them to wait behind the door. What human decency do they have. None as I can see if they can just stand and watch a patient on the floor and not even help. Today is the 28th and still no response from there office at all. i fail to see how they can secure so much work and their staff are not sufficiently trained to show respect to most people
