Worst Ever service I got in life is by LIKEMINDS - an outsource department of vodacom

LIKEMINDS which is an outsourced department of Vodacom gave me the worst experience of my life.

I have been with vodaom for last 20 years but I am having the worst experience of my lifetime with this outsource department of Vodacom. I upgraded my Vodacom contract through LikeMinds on 6th of July 2020 with an option of cancelling or reversing the upgrade. Within 3 days I decided to reverse the upgrade and since than I have been calling them constantly but the agents picking the call just say that they cant do anything from there side and only admin are authorized to do so and they will give me a all back. Till date I have not received any call from LIKEMINDS in regards with it. I even told them that I did a Sim upgrade only but would like to upgrade with a device so would like to reveres the upgrade for a better deal and a better business to them.

Its almost 15 days that I am calling them atleast 2 times a day but still not able to reverse my upgrade.

Once they sell you something after that no one is bothered with any of your queries.

This is the worst customer service I have ever faced through out my life.
