VODACOM third party online contract handler

Good day, when it comes to any business service so pathetic.. how to degrade this business because when it comes to customer they can do anything specially credit stuff. it will direct affect your credit score. btw lets come to the point.. i have app**** for new contract online with vodacom on 6sep2019 for p30 lite.. within 5 min i got automated response with details of my so called pending contract and requirements of documents .. so 8th september i have sent all my documents to *********** . i didnt get any response and finally i decided to give them call after few days and they said they didnt recieve any email from me so they transferred my call likeminds. lady at likeminds told me to send all documents to *********** after sending all documents i gave them a week to work on and see if they coming back with any response but as usual no feedback.. i gave them call today 16/09/2019 at 9am they said i must send them email regarding my query and they will see from.. really what you want to see .. well i send them email for my query but still no reply.. so poor service.. Can you guys assist with my contract please
