LikeMinds selling incorrect Vodacom contracts

I app**** online for a 2 year contract on Vodacom throught LikeMinds, after complete I received a sms confirming a 3 year contract. I was later contacted by phone by a sales representative and I asked her to confirm the contract was for 2 years and this was confirmed. I have tried numerous times to sort this out via Vodacome as I can't get hold of Likeminds and have requested recordings of the call with the sales representative but with no progress. I don't receive responses to my emails and when speaking to customer care, even though they can confirm the date/time of the call, they need to escalate the query but the only feedback is that the query has been closed. If you think you can resolve queries by ignoring your customers then you deserve 1 star ratings.
