Faith Msweli is rude and ***********; LikeMinds provides NO service

Vodacom have outsourced their business internet contract admin to this small company that is based in Durban. Experience with their consultants has been TERRIBLE; particularly with one lady: Faith Msweli. She is friendly initially (telephonically), but then does not respond to emails, returns no messages, and becomes rude when you actually have any questions. I see from Vodacom reviews that I am not the first person to experience this with her. She has now become vindictive - I've tried to work with anyone else, just to get Vodacom internet, but she's usually the one to answer the phone and she doesn't pass on messages. I've conveyed my difficulties to Vodacom and they keep referring me back to LikeMinds. I've tried to reach management at LikeMinds, but their telephone number ***) is either not answered, or their managers are perpetually unavailable.
