USELESS COMPANY, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

We moved in here last and we only chose this flat out of desperation because the family was relocating to cape Town from Bloemfontein and couldnt find a place on time, I had to start working the next Monday. This place was not up to standard and is still the same as we moved in.

NO MAINTAINANCE for the past 12 months the landlords ignore our requirements to have the

1.very old doors fixed or replaced, as rain sips through 2.The wardrobe and kitchen cupboard doors are falling off and 3. there's a leak on the kitchen sink 4. Blinds that fall off when we open the windows due to poor installation, and we requested that they change this to curtain railsnin the bedrooms because we need to open windows as having no vantilation will make us sick, but all this was ignored. And all these issues are not new as they were noted on the inspection document

Instead of resolving our issues they just increased rent by 10% we now pay R7700 for an old run down flat. So we have resolved to withholding our monthly rent and will soon be reporting this.
