Poor customer service!!!

Bought a ceiling fan +/- 2years ago from Lightz by Wiliam in Greenstone Place. Ceiling fan motor ceased and took it back to Lightz by Wiliam for assessment and possible repairs. They sent it in for assessment by Brightstar and gave us a quote of R2500 to have the motor fixed. This is the price we paid for the ceiling fan and felt that this is excessive. We asked that no repairs be done and that the fan be returned to us. It has been with them since 9 Septemer 2023. We asked for it to be returned Novemer 2023. Despite numerous visits to the store and phonecalls, we are just not getting out fan back! Exceptionally poor customer service!!!! Never ever will I buy from them again
