****ty Building Manager Attitudes

I am a shop tenant at Lightwell Properties (City Building) since October 2023. I dont think there has been a single month where I have been happy with their service. The building manager treat a the building as if its a ****a shop. Rental is late by a few days and he will cut off your lights with no communication whereas other tenants are owing 3 month rental yet are still functioning. I am sick and tired of his building in all honesty. IF YOU ARE A SMALL BUSINESS OWNER DONT GO DOWN THIS ROUTE!!!
