Terrible team management

I thought where I used to stay was terrible before staying at one of the buildings of the company. When I moved into City building, the room I was provided was filthy. Paint was pealing off the wall. Then I viewed a bachelor flat which I was to move into at the end of that month. That bachelor unit was worse than the first room I moved into. It took me two days to just clean that unit properly for it to be at least worthy for someone to live in. The painting was pealing off in that unit also. The building manager has a terrible attitude and the management team don't want to do anything about that. Now I'll be spending the second weekend without hot water in my unit. I asked for it to be sorted and they just giving me the run around. Very disappointing. I really like the area but not enjoying my experience with the whole team.
