Poor management

Last time I wrote a review regarding the Water & Electricity crisis at 2A Harrison Street, Totalizator House, where one week the building won't have water and the next not have power while surrounding buildings would have running water and power, and we'll get told that the issue is with City Power or Joburg Water which does not make sense as surrounding buildings aren't experiencing the same issues and the Business responded to my review as being false information. This clearly shows that the Property owners aren't transparent enough, the building is poorly maintained and that the issue lies deeper and not with City Power and Joburg Water. Should the business flag my report as a lie again instead of upping their game, improving client services as tenants pay a lot of money for services which we don't receive, I'd be force to publish communication, backing up my review as it will clearly show that they only care about rent being due
