Mafadi,Lightwell properties: horrible experience,They dont care!

Clearly, these negative reviews have no impact on the business, and as long as it can lose and recruit new potential tenants, such concerns will be overlooked and business will continue as "usual." My situation is similar to many in the reviews: lease agreement difficulties, overcharging issues, building management issues, leasing agent making promises and then breaking them when confronted, management office disregarding the e-mail we sent to *********** and ***********. Totalizator House is a developed commercial property located on 2A Harrison Street Marshall Town Johannesburg. The area used to be stunning, there's no denying that. However, MAFADI's (Lightwell properties) human resources do not meet that standard, and I have no desire to mention the names of the employees involved. Because this evaluation directly impacts the business, it should be in their best interests to follow up on such things, but they will not, so I'll leave this here for the next person. The facilities problems, damaged equipment, and uninterested caretakers appear to be a prevalent problem surrounding the business's premises, when a tenant raises a problem it is seen as a complaint from an irritating tenant: viewed as the tenant who is always complaining. We as tenants may not fully comprehend the concept of property business operations; we rely on the integrity of letting agents hired by the business to represent and conduct all business operations; however, these letting agents are the root cause of landlord and tenant issues, falsifying information so that everything works for them in the end. It is critical to emphasize that tenant rights are only a notion with no legal validity in the face of property/rental realities. So, absolutely, Mafadi (lightwell propertoes/Totalizator) will continue with their day-to-day business since there is always the possibility of a new "customer" or "victim" around the corner BUT "Action breeds consequences equal to such an action; it may not be today, this year, or this decade, but even the most powerful kingdom succumbs to mismanagement."
