Lightwell Xolani/Vuyo and Jessica

I was applying for a room at Corner Fox, where I dealt with an agent named Xolani. He told me I needed to pay him R700 to speed up the process. I said I would only pay once I had the room and key in hand, but he insisted and sent me a text claiming I was approved because of him. he demanded me to gave him the money, but I didn't get the unit. I've found another place to stay. I'm unsure if this is how Lightwell typically operates, however I need them to give me back my money but I'm not letting the matter drop because Xolani/ Vuyo is refusing to refund my money. And on Recording he Threatened me .I do not know how light well trained agents .he was not working alone he is working with Jessica . and I am not the only person that they ****** I can tell they used to what they doing . I did sent and email to them and no one is attending My complain --
