Lightwell Properties is not who they portray themselves to be - WORST PLACE EVER!!!

I would never recommend, this property to any one Peter's Place Totalizior or any of the Lightwell Properties.

I am currently a tenant at Peter's Place, there is no security yet on the adverti*****t it was mentioned that there is a 24 hour security...most of the time we don't have water, if it is not the water then it is the electricity.

The service is beyond poor, we suffered an 8day power outage, all our foods went to waste, my fridge broke due to this on and off power cut, I made a payment of R3120 and Lightwell still cut my power again saying that I owe them tent money, I contacted the building manager Oswell and he gave me bad attitude when I raised my concerns, "His responds to this issue was that: I am owing rent and that's why my electricity was cut" Oswell further went on to say that when I signed the lease, Lightwell did not promise me electricity they so it is not their problem the we suffered during this power outage. Mind you it was only Peter's Place and Totalizior that had no power, all other properties were not affected.

I suffered a huge loss and they don't care all they care about is collecting money from us. I urge no one to find a home with any Lightwell Properties.

You will regret living at any of their properties, and their service...tenants are constantly moving out of the properties not only is their customer service poor, the bachelors are ridiculously overpriced, and extremely small...and they sell new home seekers lies.
