Poor service

In the Real Estate industry we subscribe to company Lightstone. They supposed to provide us with a means to look up the details of properties. I have been trying to locate a various properties and am finding no joy. I am currently discussing the issue with their support centre who cleatly have no clue on how to locate the property in question. In the tome it has taken me to tupe this they are still trying to locate the property. REALLY
