Hidden fees!!
I subscribed the last week of a month and was charged R260 for those 9 days which is fair. End of the month they took R1300 off my account (subscription should be R500 a month). This i am told is for the previous month (not sure what R260 was for then) plus pro rata for coming months and VaT. I cancel this package (with my compulsory month notice) and get a reply that last debit order will go off 15 days after notice period. So you get charged for 3 and half months of service when you use it for a week.
Also the reports are terrible. You dont get the full property report such as minimum and max values just municipal values which is all R1.3M.
