<div>Horrible Host Carien. Unfortunately I had a terrible stay at the Lightstone Guesthouse. Staff upon receiving us were good and friendly. But later on during our stay I was contacted and informed that someone else booked my room (that I had already paid for and moved in to) and I need to move. Upon refusing, because I had been out at a restaurant at the time, I was sent a threatening message by the host, Carien, and my personal belongings that were thought to be safely kept in my room that I booked and that was locked was then moved by the staff without my consent upon the host's instructions. Very upsetting and an absolute invasion of privacy, nevermind possible theft. Really pathetic the way in which I was treated. I would not recommend to anyone.</div>
We would suggest you refrain from incorrect name calling. As calls are recorded and this will now be a legal matter pertaining to deformation of character and false accusations. We suggest you only speak to our legal team as you are only worsoniung you case as you made the booking under mrs ***ane mel. So this is not your booking to make allegations on as you where only het partner as per your call recording

I don't think it matters as to who's name the booking was made under. The fact remains that you treat your guests poorly, and I was rating my experience, which as mentioned before was HORRIBLE. Worsened by your response now. Secondly, why would you have contacted me regarding your 'double booking' if you are referring to Mel ***ane as the main guest? Who, for your information, is just as upset by your appauling and unfair service.
