Vodacom Linea is *******

I have sent this device in for repairs umpteen times. Have now told them on 3 separate (return) occasions that I do not want it back as it is ******* and I want my money back. Once again, I have just received an SMS and a call to confirm that it has been fixed and I can collect it. Do they not listen or what???
