Inefficient staff not willing to help at Lightco

I visited the Lightco springfieldpark store for help with a light fitting that stopped working. I bought this light fitting about 1.5 years ago from that store. I needed a replacement ballast which I ordered from them. They initially told me that the ballast would arrive in 4 days. I go there and they tell me that the ballast will arrive the following week and that they will phone me. The week went and no one called. I called them and they tell me they not sure if they have the ballast. I complained to the manager and all of a sudden they found it. I pick it up and fit it onto the light fitting and it doesn't work. I return it and the staff don't seem bothered. It seemed they knew the ballast didn't work. I take the same light fitting to Zebbies and they fix it for me in one day at the same price. The after service at light co is pathetic and I would never buy a light fitting from them ever again
