Paying for items you never receive

[URL Removed]<br> Above is a link to my order which I've never received, it has been more than six months and I've asked for a re-fund but still nothing. I've mailed Customer Service lightake numerous times but every time they said I should wait a bit longer. Now when I go into my account there are no evidence of my order not even my first order which was delivered within a week. The order amount was only US $252.27, very little if living in the UK but I'm in South Africa and it is a lot of money for me. I would like my money re-funded and will not use this company ever again. I can provide links they sent me with emails sent to me. This is poor service coming from a company in the UK, you are supposed to set higher standards as you are a so called First World Country.
