Superb customer service

I bought a chandelier from Light Spot. I broke one of the light fixtures and went back to them to purchase a replacement. They tried very hard but could not find any. I was very disappointed. They advised me that they would take back the chandelier, but gave me one of the light fixtures from a display version for free. I was so happy! Really excellent customer service!
