Bad service

Was very unhappy with the service. Me and my husband were admitted on the 26th of December with food poisoning. Firstly we get told that the medical aids don't work today so we had to pay cash R900 for each of us. Then we also needed to pay our drips cash aswell which was R350 for each. So we asked for the invoice so we can send it to our medical aids. We did so just for medical aid to tell us that the right codes were not used on the invoice so they can't process it. We had to go back and ask for the right codes and for the drips to also be added. We sent it to medical aid again just for them to say they can't add the drips becuase once again the right codes was not used. Anyway they take us to put in drips and still no doctor came to see us. The staff tried to put a drip for me . Failed 5 times where i was being poked with needles and also failed with my husband 2 times. Eventually when doctor came she put in the drip for me. The last doctor who discharged us was very nice but i must say for the rest was a very bad experience. How does medical aid not work on a public holiday?
