Faulty purchase

Bought an expensive lightbulb but did not check it must be the ***** type. Only after opening the sealed package realised my mistake. Normally in this case the client bears the wasted expenditure. Not with these good people. Replaced my purchase with the correct item, all smoes and at no cost.
