Bad service with photoshoot

I booked a photoshoot with this lady in Jan for Feb. A day before the shoot received a msg from her asking if we can move the shoot. ( Thinking its prob something with family I said its fine) the Sunday of the shoot i realized she moved my shoot to do someone elses shoot. After the shoot we arranged for me to collect the photos. 10 min before she had to hand it to me ( and i drove all the way to Midrand) she msged me to let me know she cant give it to me now but later the day. ( I had other plans and could not sit around in Midrand till that time. 2 weeks later received the disc and NO photos on the disc that shouldve had the edited photos on. Send her an sms saying no photos. A month later (today 18 April) fetched the disc from the post office and the photos are horrible. The 'edited photos' are only made black and white. Paying R1200 up front and this is what I received. Let down, angry and disappointed!!! ? The quote she had done for me said 50 edited photos. I def did not get 50!!!
