Bad company

Love the cigarettes but the company itself is a HUGE disappointment. If you sign up for their club, you're supposed to be able to get rebates. I haven't gotten rebates for half of the receipts I sent in & when I try to contact them, I keep getting computer generated messages but half of the time, I get no response from an actual person. I work hard for my money & I've recommended this brand to a LOT of people who have switched to this brand but if they can't take the time to respond or give me the rebates I deserve, why should I keep spending my money on them?
