WORST SERVICE EVER FROM DARREN IN CAPE TOWN

WORST SERVICE EVER Received the worst service ever from Darren at Cape town airport.we got there to check in the bags at 08:43 for at flight that lives at 9:30.we had already checked in online n only the bags needed to be checked in but when we got there the guy was so slow n didn't even seem like he wanted to help us.first complained about the bags when we put them on the scale.asked that we remove n reposition them.he wasted time on placing the bags till 8:50 he told us that it's late ,he won't be able help us anymore with Check-in the bags .we late for the flight. He wasted our time for nothing.if we were late for the flight then why did he even weigh the language n let us go through all that process for nothing
