Worst experience!!

My daughter and I checked in on time at O.R. Tambo for our flight to CPT, when we landed in CPT whilst waiting for our bags at the carousel, we were told our bags got left behind in jhb and they were 45 minutes away. I refused to wait another 45minutes as I was using an Uber driver that my mom organized for my daughter and myself. This was at 15:00, at 18:30 I got a call from the airline to say our bags have arrived and they have organized a driver to drop them off. As I write this review it is the following day at 7am, no bags have arrived, no one is answering the office phone. My dad had to go to the airport only to find their offices were open at 4am and closed at 6am and will be open again at 8am. This is such an inconvenience, and worst part of it they have been calling me and lying to me. I wanted to arrange for my brother to pick up my bag as his flight was landing at 9pm but the guy **** and said the driver was already on the way!
