Worst delay and no communication!!!!

WORST WORST AIRLINE EVER!!!!! 20 May 2024 booked a 6am flight from OR Tambo to Durban cause I have a 8am meeting that I could not miss, well well guess what, its 8am and I am still sitting in a plane at OR Tambo!

First they placed us on a plane that was due to go to Cape Town, and then upon realizing we were then delayed and have to wait for another plane.

Now they screaming technical problems!

I get that delays can happen. But good grief COMMUNICATION IS KEY!

LIFT just carries on as if its not a problem in peoples daily lifes and meetings.

I travel alot and made the choice to fly Lift this time, and will never ever again!

This is the most disgusted I have ever been with a airline!
