Worst airline ever!!!!!!

Worst airline ever!!!!! Please do not use them. They are extremely dishonest. They allow you to suspend you tickets for rebooking for a year but then change your dates without you ever consenting to it and then refuse to change the dates or refund you. Also no telephonic conversations are allowed.
