Worse airline to fly with

I flow with Lift airline from OR Tambo to King shaka urlier this month and I booked in my luggage thinking that it would be the safest thing to do. On arrival at King shaka I went to collect my bag and it was destroyed. I immediately went to talk to the airline regarding this, they open a Ref for this matter. The next day I got an email from the airline confirming that they open a case regarding my issue but at the same time telling me that they do not take responsibility for how my luggage were handled by there staff and it basically my problem to replace my broken bag. I would just like to warn all travelers not to fly with them if you care about your own property.
