Very very unhappy customer.

I actually do not even want to rate Lift airlines. I booked a seat for more leg room space because I am a very tall person. Therefore I paid R 70.00 for the extra room space and know that I am comfortable with my flight.

I have also requested wheelchair service as I can not walk fast or stand at long times. I want lift Airlines to refund me the R 70.00 into my bank account and the throw the whole time TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Who reads the TERMS AND CONDITIONS today.

I fly once a year and I can not get my R 70.00 back.

Poor poor service from lift airlines they should have emailed me with all the information before I booked a more leg room space chair. I am in a year's time use my money that they owe me.

I want them to pay the amount back.
