Very very bad communication and logistics

Which I could give no stars. Sitting in car on my way back home with two crying children (baby and toddler). Our flight is delayed with more than four hours-they ONLY INFORMED US WHEN WE WERE SUPPOSE TO BOARD!!!! No early communication…..the information gathered confirmed that the earlier flights were delayed thus giving lift more than enough time to inform the passengers. My children are now hungry tired and very overstimulated from running to one airline to the next trying to find new flights with no luck…..
