Unaccompanied Minors

Recently I booked 2 tickets for my grandsons to fly unaccompanied from Cape Town to Johannesburg. Firstly, LIFT is the ONLY airline in SA that allows children to fly unaccompanied without paying an additional charge. There are some important documents to complete which is very necessary for the safety of the minors especially with human trafficking on the rise. At the airport the boys were shown to a designated location to wait until boarding. A LIFT staff member assisted them right up to boarding and on the flight the 2 boys told me the staff was pleasant and attentive. When they arrived they were again assisted and handed over to the designated family member. Thank you everyone at LIFT for all you did to make my grandsons flight a pleasant one and for putting our minds at ease. My family and I will most definitely be flying LIFT from now on.
