Total *******

When we got to the airport we were told that we 10 min late for baggage check in and asked if we can board then they will send our bags with the next flight they declined.we asked to be booked in the next flight we were told it’s not possible,we have to pay for the next flight.We were charged R2280 each.We decided to be on standby and catch the next flight while checking in the bags one of the staff member suggested to the other ladies who were late for baggage check in like us to leave their bags,they will send them with the next flight,it seems the rules differ from person to person.I feel like it was a total ******* to charge us the ridiculous amount of R2280 while they could put us in the next flight or give us an option to leave our bags.I want to be refunded.
