Total disregard for COVID protocols
I flew Lift today for the first time and I was horrified by the total disregard for COVID protocols that were displayed. Offering drinks and snacks to the passengers meant that most people had masks off for a large portion of the flight putting everyone at risk. I felt incredibly uncomfortable and I will not be flying Lift again anytime soon. I would rather pay more and fly in an environment where the airline takes this horrific virus seriously.
